Vivien is absolutely amazing! She is kind, caring, non-judgmental, great listener, full of energy and passion for what she does. She started working with me when I didn’t believe in myself anymore. My subconscious and negative thoughts were really dragging me down on every level of my life and I was unable to make any decisions to change anything. In the beginning, it was hard and very tiring going deep into myself and sometimes it was easier to pretend that some problems didn’t exist. I kept persevering as I knew I could not run from myself and I knew that somewhere there was a reward. Through sessions with her I got myself back, strength, joy, peace, commitment to keep going, challenging myself and not settling any more. Actions to change what I wasn’t happy with any more followed. It is unbelievable that by acknowledging my believes, thoughts and working through them it all shifted.
