What is Hypnotherapy?

The power of hypnosis


Hypnosis is an evidence-based modality and has a long-proven history, as a non-invasive cognitive reprogramming therapy.  

Hypnosis is a very powerful tool to use for your physical health, mental health and personal development.

Your current thoughts, feelings or behaviours are stemming from a belief embedded deep down in your subconscious mind. With the help of hypnotherapy we are communicating directly to your subconscious mind so you can let go of these limiting beliefs, strong negative emotions and formulate new beliefs and move forward achieving the life you desire.

Throughout time, it has been proven that there is a very strong and effective connection, between our subconscious and conscious mind and the benefits of hypnosis are both physical, emotional and psychological.


Our current thinking which determines our behaviour, is formed by our memories and the meanings we have attached to our memories. Unfortunately, naturally overtime our memories become distorted and hazy and we unconsciously relay on these old memories, not being consciously aware of them but they keep us trapped and limited leaving us wondering and wishing our life to be different.


Once we let go of the meanings we have attached to those past memories and events we are freeing ourself from unwanted thoughts, behaviours and emotions, feeling empowered and positive.
